Hi there.It's Denise here again.It's been a really long while since I last posted anything.I am really truly sorry for those who have come here and found no new material to read for the past month.Please accept my sincerest apologies.

Anyway,back to our countdown and we are at number 7 today.Number 7 for me is Captain Planet and the Planeteers.You know me,big saving-the-world fan and all,this show was maybe the thing that started me wanting to save the world in the first place.Period.I don't remember the names of the characters because this was one of my first cartoons.I watched it when I was like three.Anyway,the theme song is below this post so head on over there and listen to it.Cheerio!

Hi there!We went to Secret Recipe for dinner last Sunday and I wanted to share some (some=very little) pictures with you about our time there.I didn't get as many as I wanted to because my dad did not really want any pictures taken,even of the food!Now,as you know I sometimes tend to be lazy when it comes to uploading pics but I am gonna try harder from now on to do so and to keep this blog runnin'.

The last 2 pics are the cakes we bought from Secret Recipe to munch on at home!The first one is called Strawberry Marshmallow Cheese and the second one is Choc Fudge.The first cake was so delish,I don't know how to describe it to y'all.Anyway,after I finished half of the first cake,I was too full and could not continue to the Choc Fudge!!!Looks like I can't tell you how the taste was! 


The first pic is the Hot Chocolate that I ordered.Yum!the next pic is the lil' artwork that came with the Hot Choc!


The next pic was my brother's food - Mozzarella Baked Fish.It was all goodness and the next time,I am definitely ordering that.


The picture before the cake is what I ordered - Dory with Lobster Sauce.One can either really like the strong-smelling odour from the Lobster Sauce or completely detest it but I loved it!My mum,who ordered the same thing,did not find the smell appealing and commented it was too strong.Anyway,the one low-point of this dish was that the veggies weren't boiled and were so hugely chopped?!?!


Well,I still love this place and will visit it again,if possible.The hot chocolate and cakes are a must try!

Hey there.It's me again.I am truly sorry for not updating in a really long while but I have been quite busy during these holidays.Made my grandma drive me around these past few days.To Queensbay,Gama and Tesco!All in one week!Phew!It was fun and I really enjoyed myself.

Anyway,today I am going to count down the number 8 on my old cartoons list and it's none other than ROLIE POLIE OLIE!

I don't know why but this cartoon is just so so . . .funny.I really liked Olie when I was younger but his annoying little sister Zoey,she really usd to get on my nerves.

Their grandfather was a tad bit crazy and he had this cow.The thing about the cow is that ice-cream came out of it!Yeah not milk but ice-cream!I would want a cow like that!Great cartoon,there's no denying it.That's all for now and have a great day peeps!

Hey there,all you bloggers and readers!
Welcome back to my blog and it looks like we are ready to get started on the countdown.Well,my number 9 anyway.Just to recap,our number 10 was The New Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh.(not much of  a recap,huh?)


My favourite number 9 old cartoon is PB & J Otter!The purple otter is Jelly and her brother is the red one.His name is Peanut and they have a little baby sister named Butter!Okay now I am confused.I know for sure Jelly is the purple one but I am not so sure about who's Peanut and who's Butter.Please someone clarify this HUGE matter!!!!


Anyway,they have an annoying duck-friend whose name escapes me.But,you know this show actually makes sense and tackles everything kids aged 4-7 go through.Like for instance,friendship and honesty,trust and respect towards parents and so forth.


I honestly miss this show and I know I really loved it's simple yet adorable theme song.Check it out guys.The video's on my blog.

Hey there!
Denise here.Now I have something totally interesting to share with y'all and I am so sorry that I am only blogging this 3 weeks later after it happened!


And what happened was that my uncle Edzel took me to see JAY SEAN!

Yeah!JAY "my man" SEAN was in KL on the 8th of October for The Showdown of Champions!!!

True,it wasn't a concert for himself but hey,he was here alright!The only thing that's a bit upsetting is that I don't have any pictures of that nite!(I left the camera in the car!) . . . Then again I have memories!

For those who don't know about The Showdown of Champions,it's one night of tennis matches played by tennis veterans of the 90's and maybe even the 80's!Anyway,I didn't really care about it til Jay was coming down!

I never really liked tennis til that nite either.Now,I have new found respect for the game.It's a tiring game and takes a huge amount of strength,stamina and determination!

We reached Stadium Malawati @ Shah Alam at about 7.30pm.The tennis matches ended at about 11.30pm.Sean came out and performed til like 12.10 am!(whew!I've never typed sooooo fast in ma life!)


Anyway,it was so much fun.I got to hear his voice and everything!


Next time,I hope he comes for a concert of his own though.It turns out,he never knew he had fans in Malaysia.


To Jay Sean;I hope you come again soon!You DO have fans here!A BIG load of 'em!

Add maths. . . . . . . . . .IT DRIVES ME CRAZY!!!What can I say...It's lame.I frankly think that the subject is very . . .watcha say . . .alien-oriented?!?Needless to say,I'm not taking it for SPM next year.For those of you who don't live in our country,SPM is this really big,government test,evaluating pretty much everything you've learnt in your 11 years at school.Pretty big deal this test.After spending 11 years at school,you'd better give it your all.Then it wouldn't be a total waste of time or years,rather.Anyways,for those who can get a 12 in Add Maths,congrats.You are a genius.Keep up the good work.I mean,seriously.But for those who can't do Add Maths,you're not alone in that.Some people may look down on you,to be honest,but they're the ones who don't know what's important in life.IGNORE THEM.Seriously,they ain't payin' yo bills.So,toodles then.I'll be signing off now.

Ans:To France,I don't know why I said that.Now that I think of it,its a pretty expensive place,Yikes to the answer!

3)I already ate chocolate cake and chocolate pie.A slice of each.And now I've to choose between Chocolate cookies and Hot Choco,which to choose?

PRINCESS PROTECTION PROGRAM

Hey there,just thought I'd update you guys on one of my favourite movies,if you haven't watched it,please watch this one.

Firstly,PPP.If you don't already know what it stands for,its Princess Protection Program.It stars my favourite girls,Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez.The movie is really funny and cool,and girly-girls like me who love this kind of I-am-a-princess-and-your-not-and-I-wear-satin-pyjamas-kinda-thingy will really enjoy the movie.I highly recommend this movie at a sleepover,but its not the late nite kinda of movie.Watch this with your best buds,tucked under the covers,on a rainy nite,if possible and shift the TV into your room.Oh!And don't forget the sweet caramel popcorn and pizza + Pepsi and you're good to go.Love the movie and I'm giving it 5 outta 5 stars in this unofficial review.Would love a friend like the Princess in this movie,though. . .

So today,I just wanna share a special message to you guys on more environmentally-saving tips(don't know if that's a real word).

So,keep in mind when at a seafood restaurant to never order any turtle,shark and dolphin or whale dish.Also,go online and find out the types or species of fish that are considered endangered or critically endangered and do not,I repeat DO NOT order these for your meal.

Generally,if you are a seafood lover,this could be hard for you at first but gradually,it becomes easier.

ACT NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.YOU CAN DEFINITELY MAKE A WONDERFUL DIFFERENCE!

Hey there.I just wanted to bring your attention to something that the world,per say is hiding from.Do you notice,that in magazines,newspaper articles,and even textbooks,they do not really tell us The Importance of Conserving and Protecting the Environment?They only say,humankind will find it hard to survive,plants may go extinct and certain species of animals may never be found again?Have you ever really processed what they are really trying to say?Are they trying to say,human beings can survive without animals?Are they trying to say that we don't need plants to live?You see,the true fact is that we can't survive without animals and plants.They never say that in your textbooks,do they?We need flora and fauna to live and they need each other to carry on.Without flora and fauna,we'll starve to death.Yes,us humans.Think you're invincible?Well,think again!I just know that,if they release this info,everyone will take notice and do their bit to save the environment.This is because people want to live,and live long at that.Do good and nature will take care of you.Yes,it's true.So,instead of putting down that humankind will suffer and blah,blah,blah,the people who pen these things down should say what really will happen to all of us in the end if we don't start doing our part for nature now.Everyone will DIE!!!People will not be cruel because they now know about the dire consequences they'll have to face.Well,if you want to get started with protecting the environment right away,here are 3 things for you to get started on;

1)Switch off all switches that aren't in use.
2)Do not use the air-cond if it's cold or raining
3)Take a bath instead of a having a 1/2 an hour shower

dolphins and more

Hey there,Denise here again.I just wanna say I am absolutely crazy about dolphins!They are just sooo cute and smart and can be funny,too.Ok,here's some info on dolphins that I'd like to share;

Dolphins are remarkable mammals and are often mistaken to be in the fish-family.Well,newsflash,they're not.They are,however,related very closely to whales and porpoises.They vary in size,from 1.2m up to 9.5m and are very playful,friendly creatures.Females are called cows,males are called bulls and their young are known as calves.They mostly feed on fish and squid.Do your part to save dolphins and do not,at all costs make dolphin meat part of your meal.Opt for fish or squid instead.Also,throw away all your rubbish into proper bins.Remember!Save dolphins.Save yourself.Make a difference and educate others on using safe and proper disposal methods.OCEANS ARE NOT DUMPING BINS!!

food,glorious food. . . . . .

I think that our life is made really interesting with . . . . . . . . . . food.I'm just gonna talk about food today.But first,sorry for not blogging so long.Been busy with school work and such.Okay!Back to food.

One of my favourite food is Pizza.Dominoes Pizza is my favourite place to grab a bite.My favourite is the Barbecue Special Pizza.It's just sooo gorgeous and . . . .funky.The taste for me,is incredible.Goes so well with a glass of Coke,too.It's good stuff to have 2 slices of this cos 1 ain't enough.And you know,some how,pizza + family+ friends equals a great time!

Ok I am back!My exam was just over a few hours ago.Today we only had accounts.But I don't wanna talk about that.Or any other exam.Alritey then.Ok,it's like I am 16 years old now and the thing is when we (I) was a lil' younger I thought it would be really cool.Not that it isn't.I am enjoying life rite now but think of what comes like a few years later?....Still don't get it huh?Well,let me browse you thru.You see,in about 2 years time,I will go to a college,blah blah blah...But the thing is after that,I will have to live on my own,cook for myself and do other things on my own.Clean my whole house...errr...apartment....all on my own.It's not that I don't want to.Taking charge of my own life and making my own decisions definitely would be really cool.Just imagine,coming back,tired from classes,then having to make my own meals?That sounds so uncool.But how do our mums,grandmothers and other female relatives do it?How do they do it?Seriously.But it looks like we will all have to learn how to.Back to the own meals thingy,,,I would probably settle for a Spicy Chicken McDeluxe and warm water but I don't want to get bored of McDonalds.I like other stuff too,and besides that,McD's everyday sounds yuck!Maybe it will just be a Fried Rice or my own version of Maggi Mee with potatoes and carrots,chillies,and peas?I mean who knows???Oh and by the way A very Happy Mother's Day to all of you mothers out there,who...you know,cook,clean,educate,discipline,learn,pray,write,read and do a whole lot of other things in a day,I appreciate you.You are really,truly,superbly  SuperWoman.Ok,now i actually got to go.But I will catch up with ya as soon as I can.Keep up the good work and just remember.....YOU ARE TRULY GENIUS....

Okay so today I am not gonna talk about the Disney Darlings,just yet.Maybe another day...(Sigh...)Why did I sigh ,you say?Well,no you didn't but I am gonna tell you anyway...HAHA!Too bad!Okay so school is like sooo tiring and kinda monotonous in a way.The same thing day in...day out.Okay get this...Our Exam...the mid-term one....is next week...But the teachers are still giving us homework.I mean go easy on us teachers.We have a life too.

We want to study...Well some of us do anyway.I WANNA STUDY.But the homework deprives us of the time to study.There is Add Math and Modern Math,History and English,Moral,Bahasa Malaysia,Economics and Accounts.Oh yeah and there is Science.At least we don't have you know...Extra Language classes or something...But sometimes I wish we did.You know,French or Spanish?Nevermind.Well,to everyone who has and is reading this blog,thank you so much for doing so.Your the best.What can I say?I love to blog.Its...liberating.Uh-oh...again with the big words.First it was monotonous then now liberating.I seriously do not know what is going on.

Hi there.Today,we are going to discuss...or rather review the the Top 6 Disney Darlings.YEAP.You heard right.Okay.....so here goes.

The first,undoubtedly is Miley Cyrus.She's like,the Teen Queen of now.She can totally do everything.I don't know about dancing but she can rap,too aside from her usual singing and acting.A TQ(Teen Queen)by the way is The one who is the leader and is confident of herself and at the same time empowers others and makes a ton of money!!!Last time,not very long ago the TQ title was between Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan!!!(Just a fact I thought you should know).Miley also has a huge fan base and so you can imagine the support this Teen Queen gets.

Okay,so originally I was planning to just upgrade my blog,not to write a post.As we know,teenagers nowadays are associated with causing problems for others,without thinking,of course.And that sickens me.Of course,there are some teenagers who "fit the description",teens who are not interested in upholding their cultures and more importantly,their name.

So,why not be different?As of today,make yourself stand out.Make yourself be heard.Make yourself be useful to your family,your friends,and all the people around you.Make a difference in this world.BE DIFFERENT.

The world needs you.Set an example for others.Be the example that your peers can follow.Don't wait for others to set the example.

So,as of now,think of what your vision is.Set goals for yourself.And take steps,be it small or big,to accomplish your goals and dreams and desires.

For instance,if you care about nature and the environment(I think you should),plant trees in your local park or garden.Use both sides of paper.Promote green living among your peers.

If you'd rather do something for people than nature(which is cool too),visit a nearby orphanage.Before you do that,rummage through your closet for any clothes that you don't really need anymore.Or go through your toys,all of your belongings and see what you can do.Or have a bake sale and give the money to charity.Or bake the cake yourself and give it to them.

The possibilities are endless.Why wait til you are an adult to make a difference?You see,by doing charity now,you will find it easier to do bigger things later on in life.

Oh!And before I forget,start small...Then,work your way up.

So,I guess we have come to an end for today's blog.Go and think about,how you(yes,you!)can make a difference in this world.Then,take small steps to accomplish it!

Please also don't forget to tell me how you've made
a difference in someone's life.Be it your mum's or someone whom you've never met before,I really would like to hear from you.
